Compact Solid Sheets are extruded from resin giving them a
combination of features that most other plastic can only dream of. These
sheets are available in a variety of profiles, surface textures and shades.
Compact Solid Sheets combine unbelievable Strength, Excellent Clarity, and
high Designing Flexibility along with the other properties inherent to Compact
Solid Sheets Making it a favorite for numerous Glazing. Roofing, and Protection
applications over the past decade.
High
Impact Strength
Compact Solid Sheets offer an extremely high impact resistance ( upto 250 times that of glass and 30 times that of acrylic) making it virtually unbreakable. These are rated at an impact energy of >200Nm and qualify for the highest performance rating for security glazing as per various International standards.
Light
Transmission
Compact Solid Sheets® sheets allow 40% -90% ( translucent or transparent) light transmission making it perfect for skylight / canopy applications. These sheets made from UV- stabilized Compact Solid Sheets resin ensure that the light transmission can be maintained over many years even under direct sunlight.

Design
Freedom
Compact Solid Sheets can be installed with a curve under stress. The flexible sheets lend themselves to unique designing for various applications such as skylights, canopies, walkways, etc.
Fire
Performance
A Limited Oxygen Index of 25 makes Compact Solid Sheets self extinguishing and non- propagating. These sheets have been given the highest rating fir any thermoplastic glazing material by regulatory bodies world over.
Weatherability
Another outstanding property of this sheets is retention of the above properties
(mechanical, optical and electrical) over a wide temperature range. An RTI
(continuous use temperature) rate of 100 C gives an indication of the weathering
ability of Compact Solid Sheets.

Important
Do not Expose the
sheets with the masking to the sun for a long period.
During installation,
peel off the masking from the critical area and remove the rest of it only
after the installation is complete.
In case of stick- masking
clean the sheets with warm mild soap solution after removing the masking.
For cleaning the sheets
use mild soap solution and a soft cloth or sponge.
When drilling holes
for bolting the sheets, care should be taken that the holes drilled should
be slightly oversized so as to allow for thermal expansion.
